What data do we collect?
Install wizard
When you begin a MailConnect installation, we ask for:
- First name and last name
- Company name
- Work email
- Phone number (optional)
We use this information to follow your installation and offer support if you get stuck.
Web analytics (with consent)
If you give your consent, we collect anonymised visit data via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Read more in our cookie policy.
Contact form
If you contact us via the contact page, we receive and store the information you send: name, email, and your message.

Sharing of data
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third parties necessary to operate the service:
- Microsoft Azure / Logic Apps: receives install data and contact enquiries.
- Google LLC: receives anonymised visit data (consent only).
- Microsoft Corporation (Clarity): receives behavioural data (consent only).
All third-party transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA take place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Retention periods
We retain personal data for as long as necessary:
- Install data: 2 years from the installation date.
- Contact enquiries: 2 years from the date of the enquiry.
- Analytics data: See our cookie policy for individual cookie durations.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Access: obtain a copy of the data we process about you.
- Rectification: have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure: in certain cases, have your data deleted.
- Restriction: ask us to restrict processing.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
