Last step: add the MailConnect add-in to your tenant so it shows up in everyone's Outlook.
Microsoft typically takes 24–72 hours to roll a new add-in out to users in a tenant. There's nothing you need to do. It just shows up in Outlook automatically.
The trial doesn't start today. It only begins when the first user opens MailConnect in Outlook, so you lose none of it waiting for the rollout.
