and deploy one Outlook add-in. The Admin Center
has a third app of its own, approved when people first sign in to it. This page
lists everything each of them is allowed to do.

The two apps from the install are kept separate, so that the licence count and the
add-in’s own access stay apart. All three apps are published by
Pinksky ApS and are listed in Entra ID under
Enterprise applications after approval.

What the Admin Center can do in your tenant

The MailConnect Admin Center is a website.
On its own, it reaches nothing in your tenant. It only reaches your Microsoft 365
when one of the people who may change your MailConnect settings signs in to your
tenant from its Settings tab, to pick SharePoint lists for tabs, or to pick or
create content types. This page lists everything that sign-in can do. How it looks
to the person signing in is under

Your emails, attachments and documents stay in your own Microsoft 365 tenant,
in whichever region your tenant is hosted. MailConnect moves them between Outlook
and SharePoint as the signed-in user (see Permissions), and
never copies them to servers of ours.

Each user’s MailConnect settings are stored in a dedicated app folder in that
user’s own OneDrive, together with their suggestions: where they archived emails
from each sender.
